Intro: ENOA is engaged in a long term strategy process on “empowerment of young people: local to european level.” In this framework, the training will focus on the role of networking the differents actors in the youth field (local and european level) to improve/contribute to sunstainable Active Youth Participation. We will work both on research (imputs, debates, concepts of networking) and action dimensions (exchange of experiences, realities of the territories, transfering the experiences/methods/tools used at European level to local level). We will explore together why we should develop networking- With whom- What could be the form of this bridging process- Which links can be relevant between networks of local actors and international partnership- Which are the richnesses and the limits of networking-

Action Training in Bosnia 2002
Introduction
This activity was organised through The Venue - Youth Arts Project, of Coventry, UK as a member of enoa. This project has been carried out with the support of the European Community as part of the YOUTH programme. Other contributors include; Nasa Djeca of Sarajevo, BiH and Luciole of Bretagne, France.
Enoa
The Network was established in March 2000. People from 6 different European countries came together for the creating and developing of a new European network specifically based on the concept of Animation. The Network recognises a variety of social factors and shares basic objects of social development. Some of these factors include a recognition of peoples individuality, the existence of social inequalities and the need for and acceptance of multicultural societies. We are promoting the objects of human rights and social justice.

Action-Training in Romania

During the General Assembly of Enoa in March, the local organisators Luisa and Marian decided to apply through the association Trust-In of Marian. They decided also to postpone the project to 2006 because of the different deadlines and to get well prepared.
